Specialising in face-to-face marketing and sales, they help businesses grow by increasing their visibility and customer base. This is a subcontracted role, with a commission-based pay structure. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Represent the Brand: Wear client-branded gear to build trust with customers and showcase your affiliation with the company.
Create Positive Experiences: Ensure every customer interaction is memorable and leads to long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the team to refine sales pitches and approach different types of customers effectively.
Stay Informed: Attend regular team meetings to stay up-to-date with product information and new sales techniques.
Team Involvement: Take part in daily briefings and optional activities like social nights, workshops, and award events to stay engaged and motivated.
